Since 2011, our vineyard has been dry-farmed. By not irrigating, our vines develop broader root systems, expressing the true terroir of Marlborough. It creates smaller canopies, resulting in concentrated flavors and a truly unique style.
We believe winemaking starts in the vineyard. Folium Vineyard has applied organic approaches since 2011 and has been proudly certified by BioGro since 2013. We work in harmony with nature to craft sustainable, premium wines.
