Marlborough, New Zealand
Folium Vineyard operates with an uncompromising commitment to quality. We are proud to be supported by Nakashimato, the founding company of Japan's most iconic and trusted food brands, Kewpie and Aohata. This profound dedication to excellence and safety in food and agriculture is the foundation of every bottle we produce.
Since 2011, our vineyard has been dry-farmed. By not irrigating, our vines develop broader root systems, expressing the true terroir of Marlborough. It creates smaller canopies, resulting in concentrated flavors and a truly unique style.
Without surface water, vines reach deeper — drawing strength and complexity from the soil.
Rain, sun, and time shape every vintage differently.

We believe winemaking starts in the vineyard. Folium Vineyard has applied organic approaches since 2011 and has been proudly certified by BioGro since 2013. We work in harmony with nature to craft sustainable, premium wines.
